Apollo Scales manufactures an automated axle scale that will display the individual axle weights for the driver on a large LED outside display.  The red and green lights prompt the driver to move forward to weigh each axle.  At the completion of weighing of all axles, the driver pulls forward to obtain a written scale ticket with each individual axle weight and a sum total of the tractor trailers gross weight.

In addition to axle scales, Apollo has a program that will provide individual axle weights on a full length semi-trailer truck scale by extended one of the approach ramps and pulling the truck forward similar to an axle scale operation.   Unlike an axle scale this type of scale which weighs the axles and the full load is legal for trade.
